Childrens Unaccompanied Riding Camp On this unaccompanied children’s horse riding holiday accommodation is in ‘The Bunk Barn’ on site next to the stables. Children are supervised by adult members of staff who have completed Enhanced DBS checks, training in first aid and safeguarding. All meals are provided throughout the camp by Louise, ‘she likes to keep them well fed’, and is very adaptable when it comes to dealing with dietary requirements, tastes and dislikes! Each day we will set out from Witherslack Hall Farm and ride for approx. 4-5 hours with a pub or picnic lunch, we will then return back to Witherslack Hall Farm House where you can take a bath and relax before dinner. Riders must be capable of riding at a canter over undulating ground. Weight limit 15st Day 1- Today we will stay on the Witherslack Estate, which boasts an amazing 2500 Acres of secluded woodland tracks, quiet lanes and open fell, with plenty of opportunities [...]
